Main Purpose of the Role:
-Support finance team to deliver timely and high quality analysis report and regular evaluation of business performance.
-Develop yearly operating plan/quarterly rolling forecasts, maintain good tracking of revenue on hand and pipeline.
-Drive finance systems and processes improvement.
-Evaluate new business opportunities, include returns on investments, payback period for proposed initiatives-Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the management team.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Technical Skills):
-With Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other equivalent majors;
-Over 7 year’s working experience in financial department with no less than 5 years’ experience in FP&A role, working experience in MNCs preferred;
-High sense of responsibility and can work under pressure;
-Good business sense and communication skills with cross functional stakeholders;
-Willing to growth with the company.
