崗位職責(zé):
Description:
As our Sales Director of Hyperscale, you will work closely with BAT and big Colo and help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digitalization age. Through the long-term relationships, you will secure Vertiv as the preferred partner for the entire solutions portfolio of the company and drive the profitability of the business.

Key responsibilities:
?Take responsibility for the overall sales strategy regarding Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent and Colo, covering the entire Vertiv solutions portfolio: identify the opportunities and cultivate effective long-term relationship with the key accounts across regions, increasing our footprint and product & solutions penetration; consult on a broad range of current and future needs, and ensure trust and reliance of superior service for these accounts
?Translate the Key Accounts vision and the overall Segment strategy and align our internal resources to support them in achieving their business goals: develop collaborative relationships with the key accounts and internally, understand our customer’s needs and leverage our internal capabilities to meet these needs; work across a variety of functions (engineering, sales, marketing, operations, service, etc.) to ensure proposal and delivery of optimal solutions.
?Contribute to team-work and knowledge sharing inside the team and organization: maintain and update reporting systems, run scheduled and ad-hoc analysis, participate in team meetings and share your customer experiences, share new knowledge you gather about the market, competitors and challenges you have faced. Share your point of view about industry development and its future.
?Focus on your own growth and development: keep an open mind and learn from some of the best experts in the industry, participate in industry events and acquire knowledge of where the market is going, keep up to date with technical developments, participate in sales trainings and apply the knowledge in your day to day work.
?Be innovative: bring your own ideas of improvements inside the team, look at each process and task with the goal of constantly improving it to bring more value to the customer, to you, the team and the organization.

任職資格:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above, engineering preferred

Experience:
?Minimum 10 years’ experience in management of BAT and Colo Sales
?Proven exposure in building and maintaining partnerships at C level, main stakeholders and influencers with major players
?Knowledge and exposure to the IDC market
?Experience in developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth
Language skills: Fluent English
