?Work as the point of contact person for project delivery in the assigned region. ?Coordinate, connect, and working with the overseas teams to ensure the successful delivery of service and products.?Respond to customers’ requests and handle problem solving in the delivery process together with the overseas production team.?Actively participated in client related meetings internally and externally with colleagues from different departments.?Work with experts from different service and product groups to provide the customer with the best solutions to their needs.?Handle customer complaints and provide a satisfied solution together with the related service delivery team.?Maintain the assigned customer information in the CRM system. ?Responsible for client feedback collection and generating monthly report.?Seldomly but possibly to work on client related admin tasks. ?Other tasks as required by the line manager.Requirements:?Experience in games industry is preferred.?Fluent English speaker.?Self-driven. Able to deliver the best results without supervision.?Positive, proactive, and optimistic.?Compliant with the process requirement to use CRM system and online data server for timely data/document entry.
