The Opportunity:As Head of Data & AI, you will lead the development and execution of Atos’AI strategy, driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions for our clients. You will build and manage a high-performing team, ensuring the successful implementation of AI projects from concept to deployment.Responsibilities?AI-enabled StrategyDevelop and implement Atos' AI strategy, aligning with business goals and client needs. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities across various client scenarios. Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external resources to support AI solution development and build a robust future pipeline.?Project Execution & DeliveryLead the implementation of a large-scale data platform or AI transformation, oversee the full lifecycle projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality deliveryManage risks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.?Technical Expertise & InnovationBe a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve complex technical challenges and establish credibility & build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers’ organization. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, guiding the team in technical designs and leveraging cutting-edge technology to build robust and innovative AI solutions.?Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing Data & AI team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Qualifications-Bachelor’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science or a related field.-Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including proficiency in Python/Java and popular AI ****works (TensorFlow, PyTorch), coupled with a solid understanding of data management, governance, security principles.-Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Data Science, and cloud platforms for AI deployment.-Proven experience leading AI teams or technical projects-Customer focused attitude, sensitivity to the changing and urgent needs of the business -Fluent in English
